Live music events at Topaz Farm - what to know

We’re excited to welcome you to Topaz Farm for an unforgettable evening of live music. Please read through this guide before your visit, and be sure to share it with your guests to help everyone have a great experience.

Parking: Free onsite parking is available. There is only one entrance and exit, so we highly encourage carpooling.

Transportation

  • No RVs, campers, oversized vehicles (20’+), buses, trailers, or overnight parking allowed onsite.

  • Free oversized vehicle and overnight parking is available at the Gillihan Layover Terrace Parking Lot, approximately one mile away.

  • Reeder Beach Campground & Country Store, a 12-minute drive from the farm, offers overnight camping parking.

  • Bike parking is available near the farm market.

  • Rideshare can be unreliable when leaving the farm. Uber Reserve or Radio Cab with a 9:15 pm pickup at the entrance is recommended.

  • Please do not leave valuables in your car.

Food & Drinks

We kindly ask that no outside food or beverages be brought in. Your support of the farm through our food and drink offerings helps make events like these possible.

  • PB&J sandwiches and Once Upon a Farm pouches (for all-ages shows)

  • Farm lemonade

  • Pork or veggie tamales

  • Turkey or veggie sandwiches

  • Roasted corn (when in season)

Drinks (#2, #3 & #5 on map):

  • Alcoholic: Craft beer and cider on tap, wine by the glass, and frosé (available at #3 only)

  • Non-alcoholic: Housemade marionberry and peach lemonades, sparkling water, bottled water, Caldera root beer, NA beer

Water refill stations are located near the music lawn and the bar/grill area (#3 on the map).

Please note: Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Empty refillable water bottles (non-glass) and baby formula are allowed.

Kids & Families

  • Tickets are required for guests age 3 and older at all-ages events. Other shows are 16+.

  • This is a working farm with active vehicles, equipment, and animals. All minors must be actively supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Guests may be asked to leave if children are left unattended, behave unsafely or are affecting the experience for other event attendees.

What to Bring

To keep the concert lawn safe and comfortable, please bring only the following items:

  • Low-profile lawn chairs (seat max 8" from ground; total height max 32")

  • Small blankets or towels (up to 30” x 70” per person)

  • Empty refillable water bottles (non-glass)

  • Infant formula or food (snacks and food for toddlers available at the farm)

  • Small personal umbrellas (allowed before the show starts only)

What Not to Bring to the Farm ANY TIME

The following are NOT allowed anywhere on the farm property, including parking lot:

  • Outside food or drinks (except empty/refillable water bottles or baby food) or coolers

  • Throwing toys, beach balls, frisbees, bubbles, balloons, or lawn games

  • Cigarettes, vapes, cannabis, sparklers, or open flames (OLCC/fire safety rules)

  • Recording devices or professional photography/video equipment unless pre-approved

  • Drones or laser pointers

  • Emotional support or comfort animals (only ADA service animals are permitted), including those left in vehicles

All guests and belongings are subject to inspection during bag check.

What Is Not Allowed on the Music Lawn

  • Strollers or wagons

  • Tall or high-back chairs (seat height over 8", total height over 32")

  • Double (or wider) chairs or inflatable furniture

  • Beach towels or picnic blankets larger than 30” x 70” per person

  • Umbrellas with a radius over 23", or any umbrella during the performance

Accessibility & Service Animals

We strive to provide an accessible and safe experience for all guests. Please note the following:

  • Surfaces throughout the farm include grass, gravel, and dirt.

  • From the ADA parking area (located next to the box office and event entrance) to the music lawn entrance, the distance is approximately 400 feet along a relatively smooth, mostly flat dirt road.

  • Two ADA-accessible portable restrooms are located approximately 100 feet from the music lawn.

Guests who need higher seating or use wheelchairs are welcome to bring appropriate seating. To help maintain clear sightlines for all attendees, designated areas for higher seating and wheelchair access are available along the sides and back half of the lawn. Sightlines and sound quality are excellent throughout the lawn, and the furthest distance to the stage is less than 200 feet.

Service animals are welcome in most areas of the farm. For the safety of both service animals and farm animals, service animals must remain at least 25 feet from farm animals.

Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not recognized as service animals under the ADA and are not permitted on the farm.

FAQs

Can I bring my kids? Do kids get in free?
Unless the event is specified as 16+, guests of all ages are welcome. Tickets are required for ages 3 and up.

What kind of chairs and blankets are allowed?
Single-size, low-rise lawn chairs (seat no more than 8 inches from the ground and no higher than 32 inches total height) are allowed. Small towels and blankets are also permitted. Please be mindful of your space and fellow guests.

Is standing or dancing allowed?
Yes. Guests are permitted, and sometimes encouraged, to stand and dance. Please note that setting up a chair or blanket does not guarantee an unobstructed view.

The show is sold out. Should I buy tickets from Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, or other third-party sites?
We strongly advise against it. Scammers often sell invalid tickets. Only tickets purchased through our official website (and not yet scanned) will be honored.

Do you take credit or debit cards?
We accept both cash and credit cards.

Where do I park? Is there a fee?
Parking is free. Oversized vehicles, buses, and RVs are not permitted. Staff will assist with parking at larger events.

What if it rains or is very hot?
Events are held rain or shine. If AQI exceeds 150, event decisions are at the artist’s discretion. No tarps, tents, or shelters are allowed. Small personal umbrellas may be used before the performance begins.

What if I can’t make it?
Tickets are non-refundable. You are welcome to transfer them to someone you know.

What if I lose something?
Lost items are held at the farm stand cashier area. Please stop by during regular farm hours to inquire.

Can I arrive early?
The farm closes for several hours prior to events for setup. If you arrive early, we recommend visiting the beaches or nearby parks such as the Wapato Access Greenway State Park or Howell Territorial Park.

Can I argue with staff about farm rules?
No. These rules are in place for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. Failure to follow them may result in denial of entry or removal from the event.
